Derek with Premier Home Inspections saved me from buying a money pit with a failing foundation. He also inspected another home for me that is listed as a "new quality built home" in the listing and is anything but. At least now, I can go back to the negotiating table, knowing what I am looking at buying, and hopefully get things fixed before closing.
